How Can We Help?
Throughout the adult and apprenticeship programmes, L.I.T.S. is able to support and guide you. The service we provide can include as little or as much as you feel you need. This can include:

recruitment & selection consultation;

recruitment & selection participation using structured assessments;

liaising with schools and colleges regarding scheme enrolment;

advice on Government funding;

carrying out initial assessments, inductions and developing an achievable, coherent training plan;

supplying and preparing evidence portfolios, assessment plans, training manuals and NVQ units;

arranging and attending reviews, each with a progress report so you can see how your employees are developing;

arranging additional training as appropriate to ensure the fulfilment of scheme specifications;

arranging and conducting training for staff responsible for apprentices;

managing and conducting on-job competence assessment;

Awarding Body and Other Affiliations
We are an approved City & Guilds Examination Centre and deliver training for the 2078, 2382, 2391, 2392 and 2377 C&G Schemes. Candidates can take on-line examinations with all the benefits of flexible exam dates and immediate results.
We are an EAL Accredited Assessment Centre which enables us to deliver engineering NVQs in full, or in part, at Level 2, 3 and 4 directly in the workplace through the provision of L.I.T.S. assessors and internal verifiers. In addition we are an Accredited Satellite Assessment Centre for the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA).
We contract with the Skills Funding Agency and as an authorized SFA training provider, you can enjoy funding support for your L.I.T.S. managed Advanced Apprenticeship programmes on a national basis. Additionally, you can be safe in the knowledge that we are inspected by Ofsted, the independent Government Body that ensures that Learners receive quality training and assessment.
