Fundamental Initial Verification of Electrical Installations (C&G 2392)
Course No: 109 - 4 Days inc. assessment; £695.00
C&G 2382 required
This course is aimed at those who already hold the C&G 2381 or 2382 (BS7671) certificate.
The C&G 2392-10 award has been specially developed for the electrical contracting sector and is a first step qualification in inspection and testing suitable for those less experienced in this area. It forms a less demanding approach to inspecting and testing compared to the traditional 2391 route and is recognised by the NICEIC, ECA and Part P self-certification register keepers.
Award of this qualification will allow the Inspection and Testing of new, single-phase, fixed installations in small units, offices and houses etc.
The qualification has two parts.
The first assessment (2392-101) is in the form of a multiple-choice, closed book online GOLA test.
The second assessment (2392-102) is in the form of a practical test on a purpose built rig covering the required practical skills.
