Mechanical Maintenance Skills
To meet the increasing demand for flexible maintenance work-teams, this course is designed to provide personnel with the necessary skills to remedy 80% of typical mechanical breakdowns such as the removal and replacement of equipment (pumps, gearboxes, motors and transmission systems) and to identify bearing faults within these systems.
Who is the course aimed at?
Designed to benefit anyone required to uindertake 1st Line mechanical maintenance this course is not only suitable for craft operatives already involved in maintenance activities but also production operatives.
Course Presentation
The course is predominantly practical using purpose-made rigs. Emphasis is placed on the development of sound practical skill within the bounds of safe working practices. Comprehensive course documentation is provided.
