Reservations and payment of the course fee
Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail. A booking must be received by us at least 10 working days before the start of the course. On receipt of your booking request an invoice will be sent for the full amount, no earlier than three months before the start of the course. Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice. Once we have received payment your place on the course is secured. Please make sure that if your company requires a purchase order number with the invoice that this detail is included on your booking form. Late reservations will be accepted provided payment is made at time of booking. The course fee includes course notes, lunch and refreshments.
L.I.T.S. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service and venue. In the event of cancellation, bookings will normally be transferred to the next available course unless you specifically request otherwise. If you wish to cancel your place on the course, the following charges will become payable.
30 days prior to commencement of course 0%. 14-29 days prior to commencement of course 50%. 0-13 days prior to commencement of course 100%. If a delegate books onto the same course on the next available date then 50% of the charge incurred will be deducted from their next invoice.
