How Can We Help?

Throughout the adult and apprenticeship programmes, L.I.T.S. is able to support and guide you. The service we provide can include as little or as much as you feel you need. This can include:

  • recruitment & selection consultation;

  • recruitment & selection participation using structured assessments;

  • liaising with schools and colleges regarding scheme enrolment;

  • advice on Government funding;

  • carrying out initial assessments, inductions and developing an achievable, coherent training plan;

  • supplying and preparing evidence portfolios, assessment plans, training manuals and NVQ units;

  • arranging and attending reviews, each with a progress report so you can see how your employees are developing;

  • arranging additional training as appropriate to ensure the fulfilment of scheme specifications;

  • arranging and conducting training for staff responsible for apprentices;

  • managing and conducting on-job competence assessment;

  • arranging final certification.

"I have found in L.I.T.S. a cost-effective, quality provider of technical, workbased qualifications. Their in-plant NVQ monitoring service can either consolidate their off-job technical training courses or can be directly employed to assess workplace competence against industry-led standards”
